At Republic of Venus, every artwork is created especially for you. Each piece is professionally printed, framed and prepared to order, allowing us to produce beautiful artworks without unnecessary waste or excess inventory.
For this reason, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
Made-to-Order Products
Most artworks available on our website are produced specifically after your order has been placed.
Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has commenced.
If production has already begun, we regret that cancellation will no longer be possible.
Should you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Because our artworks are custom printed and framed to order, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Personal preference

Minor colour variations caused by differences between screens and printed materials
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every artwork.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Lost Shipments
If your parcel appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work directly with the courier company to investigate and resolve the matter.
Limited Edition Artworks
Limited edition artworks are individually numbered and produced in restricted quantities.
Due to their collectible nature, these pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Colour & Appearance
We make every effort to display our artworks as accurately as possible.
However, colours may vary slightly between computer monitors, mobile devices and printed artworks.
Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.
