Every artwork is professionally printed, framed and carefully packaged to order in South Africa. We work with trusted local production partners to ensure every piece meets our quality standards before it is shipped.

Processing Times

As all artworks are made to order, production typically takes 5–10 business days before dispatch.

During busy periods, exhibitions, holidays or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been completed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Within South Africa

We currently ship throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Major metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

• Regional areas: 3–7 business days

• Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Delivery

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

Republic of Venus cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

and include:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the artwork

• Photographs of the packaging

• A brief description of the damage

We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work closely with our production and courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Extreme weather

• Public holidays

• Industrial action

• Courier delays

• National emergencies

We appreciate your patience should any unforeseen delays occur.

International Shipping

Republic of Venus South Africa (www.republicofvenus.co.za) currently ships within South Africa only.

Customers in Europe and North America may shop via our international website at www.republicofvenus.com.
